About the artist
Iveta Dančejová is a Czech painter living in Slovakia whose artistic development includes studies at the Milan Art Institute. Her work combines abstraction with subtle traces of reality, vivid colours and themes of femininity, harmony and inner strength. She has exhibited in Europe and the USA. At ORIGIN 01, she presents From Other Worlds, a layered oil painting that invites viewers to look beyond the visible world. The woman’s closed eyes symbolise the quieting of the rational mind and a deep connection to the subconscious and a universal source.
