Jostein Sæthre

Jostein Sæthre is a Norwegian artist who lives and works in Oslo. He studied fine art at Nydalen Kunstskole, and his practice explores human emotions, relationships and the tension between strength and vulnerability. Through colour, texture and mixed media, he gives form to feelings that are difficult to express in words. At ORIGIN 01, he presents Afterglow, a work exploring the emotions that linger after a moment of closeness has passed. It reflects on love, vulnerability and the traces we leave in one another. Through contrasts of colour and expression, it reveals the delicate space between holding on and letting go.
