Marina Dowden

Marina Dowden is a painter of Armenian heritage living and working in Prague. Working in oils and acrylics, she blends landscape with abstraction, drawing inspiration from nature, memories and the fleeting nature of the world. For her, painting is a space of freedom, which she also shares through art workshops that help participants find the confidence to create. She has exhibited in the Czech Republic and internationally, and her paintings are held in private collections. At ORIGIN 01, she presents Blue Reverie, in which the sea and the night sky become a return to the beginning – to the silence from which thoughts, memories and emotions emerge.
